EXCELLENT Based on 20 reviews Posted on Cal HoogTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team is great - phone from Vancouver day before event when location couldn't verify what we'd be able to get. PAW as able to provide last minute support and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Small hiccup on pickup but resolved quickly and I was on my way with instructions on how to use the equipment.Posted on Shelby WatsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent professional audio shop, they custom manufactured a microphone cable for me to be used with a wireless recorder. The price was reasonable and the turn around time was prompt. Superior product to what I would have received using Long & McQuade or Amazon since both needed adapters.Posted on Jamieson AlexanderTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I came across this business when I was in search of microphones for my zoom wedding. I was just going to go to Long & McQuade but the service I got from Pacific Audio Works was phenomenal!! I got an email from an associate right away and within a couple of hours I got a more in-depth email from one of their associates named Jason C. and he is the reason why I went with PAW. He was personable and he knew his audio! He was respectful in explaining everything to me and I appreciate that as most tech people talk down to the customers but here at PAW they treat you like a person!! Jason was quick to respond through email and he helped me understand and feel confident in making the zoom wedding successful!Posted on Kaeley JefferyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys are great - I highly recommend. I had a unique and unexpected event and PAW put together a beautiful and functional set up with microphones, sound and lighting with a few days notice. They were very fair with pricing, their staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The day went better than I could have hoped. Thank you!
Every project starts with understanding how a space actually needs to work — who’s using it, what they need to control, and what happens when things go wrong at 8am before a board meeting. From there, we spec the right equipment and map out an install that makes sense for the room, not just on paper.
Consultation and planning include needs assessment, preliminary system layout, and budget alignment. Documentation and specification development support procurement processes where required.
System design begins with consultation and site evaluation to determine acoustic conditions, display requirements, control needs, and infrastructure constraints. System architecture is developed to support clarity, usability, and service accessibility.
Professional audio, video, lighting, and control system components are specified and procured as part of structured integration projects. Equipment selection aligns with system objectives, compatibility requirements, and long-term support considerations.
Permanent AV integration touches a lot of moving parts — architecture, electrical infrastructure, equipment specifications, and how a facility operates day to day. Because these systems are built to last, Pacific Audio Works structures each project through defined planning stages, ensuring installations are reliable, code-compliant, and built for the long run rather than just the handover.
Documentation & Compliance Support: Where required, full documentation packages are provided, including system drawings and specifications to support procurement and give facility managers what they need to manage the system confidently over time. All work is carried out by highly trained technicians in accordance with applicable safety regulations. Once installation is complete, systems are configured, tested, and tuned with precisely-aligned calibration to confirm everything performs as intended. Training is included to ensure the people responsible for the space know how to use it without needing to additional support every time something changes.
That said, ongoing service and technical support are available when needed — because a system that works on day one should still work many years later.
